Returns & Exchanges Policy

Here at Another Pair of Shoes, we strive to provide you with ultimate customer satisfaction!  If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days for a refund of the original payment.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 If 15 days have gone by since you’ve received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds:

Please send an email to customerservice@apofshoes.com.  The subject line should include your Order number-Refund (e.g. Order #9999-Refund).  When packaging your item, please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item that will be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 days.

Exchanges:

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. In the event that your items were defective or damaged upon delivery, we will allow exchanges. If you need to exchange your damaged item for the same item, send an email to customerservice@apofshoes.com and the subject line should include your Order number -Exchange (e.g. Order #9999- Exchange).  When packaging your item, please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: We may or may not carry the item that you wish to exchange. It is imperative that you contact us as soon as you know you would like to exchange your item(s), so that we may ensure its availability.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale/clearance items cannot be refunded.

Once we process your return/exchange request, we will email you the Return label.  If for any reason, you are unable to receive the return label, mail your product to:

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Late or missing refunds:

Refunds usually take 5-7 days for processing; however, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account/credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
